Welcome to Bankroll Bob. By using this website, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English so you can actually read them — but they are a binding agreement between you and us, so please take a few minutes to look through.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Bankroll Bob ("we", "us", "our") is an independent casino review and information website focused on the Canadian online gambling market. "Bankroll Bob" is currently operated as a trading name rather than an incorporated business. You can reach us at hello@bankrollbob.com.

These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and Gambling Disclaimer. Please read all three.

2. Who can use the site

You can use Bankroll Bob if all of the following are true:

  • You are of legal gambling age in your province or country of residence (18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec; 19 in the rest of Canada).
  • Online gambling is legal where you live.
  • You are accessing the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial reasons.
  • You agree to these terms.

If you don't meet all of these, please leave the site.

We don't verify your age — that's on you. The casinos we link to will verify your age and identity before letting you play for real money.

3. What we do (and what we don't do)

What Bankroll Bob is:

  • A review and information website about online casinos available to Canadian players.
  • A source of guides, comparisons, bonus information, and editorial opinion.
  • An affiliate partner of the casinos we recommend — meaning we may earn a commission when you click through and sign up. See our Privacy Policy and How we review casinos for the full picture.

What Bankroll Bob is not:

  • A casino. We don't take deposits, hold funds, run games, or pay out winnings.
  • A licensed gambling operator. We don't hold a gambling licence in any jurisdiction.
  • A financial, legal, or gambling advisor. Nothing on the site is financial or legal advice.
  • A guarantor of any third-party casino's behaviour, payouts, bonuses, or trustworthiness. We do our best to review honestly, but the relationship between you and any casino you sign up with is between you and them.

If you have a problem with a casino — a withheld withdrawal, a bonus dispute, an account closure — that's a matter between you and the casino. We can sometimes help highlight issues through our Untrustworthy Casinos page, but we have no power to resolve disputes on your behalf.

4. Affiliate links

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but the online casino industry moves fast. Bonus terms change, payment methods come and go, casinos get rebranded or shut down, and licences are revoked.

Before you sign up with any casino:

  • Read the casino's full terms and conditions.
  • Confirm payment methods and withdrawal speeds for your country.
  • Check the casino's current licensing status.

We don't accept liability for decisions you make based on information on this site that turns out to be out of date or inaccurate. If you spot something wrong, we'd genuinely appreciate it if you'd email us so we can fix it.

6. Your conduct on the site

When using Bankroll Bob, you agree not to:

  • Impersonate anyone, including our team or any of the casinos we cover.
  • Use the site to promote competing affiliate offers or other commercial activity.

We reserve the right to block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Our content

All content on Bankroll Bob — including the casino reviews, the scoring system and methodology, written guides, comparison tables, graphics, and the Bankroll Bob name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us, and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • Read the content for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Share links to our pages on social media or via email.
  • Quote short extracts with proper attribution to Bankroll Bob, including a link back to the original page.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of our content on another website, in print, or in any other medium.
  • Use our content to train AI models or build derivative datasets without our written permission.
  • Remove copyright notices or attribution.
  • Use the Bankroll Bob name or logo in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement we haven't given.

8. Third-party links and content

The site contains links to third-party websites — primarily online casinos, but also payment providers, regulators, and responsible gambling organisations. We don't control these sites, and including a link is not an endorsement of everything on them.

Once you click through to a third-party site, their terms and privacy policy apply, not ours. We're not responsible for their content, their security, what they do with your data, or any losses you incur using them.

9. Bonus offers and promotions

Bonus offers shown on Bankroll Bob — welcome bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, no-deposit offers, and so on — are provided by the casinos themselves, not by us. We display them in good faith based on the information available at the time, but:

  • Offer terms (wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, country restrictions) are set by the casino, not by us.
  • Offers can change or be withdrawn by the casino at any time, sometimes without notice.
  • Some offers are restricted by province, payment method, or other criteria you may not meet.

10. Responsible gambling

11. Limitation of liability

  • We provide the site "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses.
  • We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information on the site.
  • We are not liable for any losses you suffer as a result of using (or being unable to use) the site, or as a result of decisions you make based on its content. This includes — without limitation — gambling losses, financial losses, lost data, lost profits, or lost time.
  • We are not liable for the actions or omissions of any casino, payment provider, or other third party we link to.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited — for example, liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnity

If your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of someone else's rights causes us to incur any losses, costs, or claims, you agree to cover those costs. We'll let you know promptly if this becomes relevant.

13. Changes to the site or these terms

We may change, update, or remove content on the site at any time. We may also update these terms — when we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll do our best to flag them more prominently (for example, via a notice on the site or our newsletter).

Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you don't accept them, please stop using the site.

14. Suspending or terminating access

We can suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, for any reason — including (but not limited to) breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or legal/regulatory requirements. We'll usually try to give notice, but we don't have to.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [CONFIRM: Province — likely Ontario or wherever the team is primarily based], Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that province.

If you live somewhere where local law gives you stronger consumer rights, those rights still apply — nothing in these terms takes them away.

16. Other bits

  • Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • No waiver: If we don't enforce a right under these terms straight away, that doesn't mean we've given it up.
  • Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Gambling Disclaimer, are the full agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
  • Assignment: You can't transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We can transfer ours, for example if the site is sold or restructured.
