What goes into every review
Each casino goes through the same research process. We check important information against primary sources wherever possible and identify details supplied by the operator. How the rating is calculated
Each casino is scored from 0 to 5 across seven categories. The overall rating uses a weighted calculation because safety and payments matter more than design or catalogue size. The same formula applies to every casino.

Scoring safeguards
- Safety limits the overall rating. If the safety score is below 3.0, the overall rating cannot be higher than 3.5.
- Licensing must be verifiable. If the operator or licence cannot be confirmed, the casino cannot be recommended.
- Serious payment problems affect eligibility. Documented unpaid withdrawals or a persistent pattern of unresolved complaints can lead to removal or a not recommended rating.
- Commercial terms do not add rating points. Partnerships can affect available offers and clearly labelled featured placements, but they do not improve the calculated score.
- We distinguish facts from claims. Casino pages, terms, licence records, screenshots and account areas are identified where relevant. Anything we cannot confirm is described as operator stated or unverified.

Keeping reviews current

How we calculate average RTP
When Avg. RTP is shown, it represents the arithmetic mean of the published RTP values collected for games available at the casino when the review was checked. Games without a published RTP are excluded, and the result is rounded to two decimal places. RTP is theoretical and does not predict individual results.
